  • 600 grams of flour

  • 30 grams of butter

  • 5 grams of yeast

  • 50 grams sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 300 grams of milk

  • 3 tablespoons Merenda

  • powdered sugar (for decoration)


In a bowl, pour the melted butter, flour, yeast, sugar, salt and milk. Stir with your hands for 5 minutes. Put the dough covered with a plastic wrap for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Then, after 2 hours, take half of the dough and open it in a pan on a greased baking sheet, giving it a circular shape. Spread the merenda on top. Then cover with the remaining half of the dough. We take a knife and make a circle in the middle of the dough. Then around this we draw 16 lines with equal gaps between them from the inside out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes in the air. Take it out and after it cools down, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Ready. Enjoy!
