• 4 potatoes

  • Coarse salt

  • oregano

  • salt

  • pepper

  • olive oil


First of all we have to wash and then peel the potatoes. After peeling them, cut them into thin pieces (as we would cut them if they became fried). Take a saucepan and boil the potatoes with a lot of salt for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and place one potato piece after another in a pan. Sprinkle coarse salt, olive oil, pepper and oregano on top of the potatoes. Leave them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. You will understand that they are ready and from the color they will get. Bon appetit!
