For the base:
In a bowl pour the flour, salt, yeast, sugar and oil. Heat the water a little, so that it becomes lukewarm and pour it into the bowl. Mix the ingredients and knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes. If the dough is very wet and sticks, add a little flour. Spread a little olive oil in a pan and then spread the dough to take the shape of pizza. Heat at 190 degrees only the base of the pizza for 20-25 minutes.
For the tomato sauce:
In a bowl pour all the sauce ingredients and mix.
To complete the process:
After the dough has been pre-baked for 20-25 minutes, take it out of the oven and pour the tomato sauce on top. Then, add all the cheeses and finally the tomato slices. Bake again in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Recipe ingredients:
For the base:
• 260 grams of flour 
• 70ml of water
• 50ml olive oil
• 1 tsp. Sweet dry yeast
• 1 tsp. Sweet sugar
• 1 / 2tsp. Sweet salt
• 50 grams to ferment
For the tomato sauce:
• 150ml tomato sauce (canned)
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• A little salt
• A little pepper
