Ingredients :
- 500gr. squid
- 2 teaspoons pesto sauce
- 80 ml oil
- 50 ml white wine
- Cherry tomatoes
- A little pepper
- A little salt

Cut the squid into thin strips. Put the oil in a pan. Turn on high heat to heat the oil. Reduce the heat to medium and add the squid. Saute for about 3 minutes. Then in a colander we throw the squid to get rid of its liquids. Put the squid back in the pan and pour the wine. Turn on the heat again over medium heat for three minutes. Then, put it back in the colander, to remove the liquids and then on the serving plate. Add the pesto and stir. Add pepper and salt and make the decor with the cherry tomatoes. Ready!
