OVEN FISH WITH TOMATOES

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kilo fish of your choice

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 orange pepper

  • 4 tomatoes 

  • olive oil

Directions:

Put in a pan your fish. Cut the peppers into thin slices and the tomatoes into cubes and pieces you like. Throw the vegetables in the pan. Add oil. Put the pan in the oven and leave it for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Good appetite!
