CHEESE PIE

Ingredients:
For the dough:
500 gr. flour
250 gr. butter, frozen
200 gr. yoghurt
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
For the filling:
300 gr. slice, crushed
200 gr. cream cheese, crushed
200 gr. cheese, grated
100ml milk
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
For the base:
In a bowl pour all the base ingredients and mix by hand for 3 minutes.
For the filling:
In a bowl pour all the filling ingredients starting from the cheeses and mix.
Take a baking tray and roll out half the dough. Pour all the filling mixture on top. Close the cheese pie, covering the mixture with the remaining half of the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Ready! Good appetite!
