• 125 grams of soft flour
• 2 tbsp. sharp baking powder
• 1/4 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 egg
• 250 grams of milk
• 40gr. melted and cold butter
• a little butter for baking
• For serving
• maple syrup or honey

First of all, melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool. In a bowl pour all our ingredients (except those for serving) and mix with a spoon. When our mixture takes the form of porridge it is ready. Take a pan and turn on the heat over medium heat, adding a little butter. Take a ladle and fill it to the middle and pour this amount into the pan. When blisters form on the surface of the pancake, turn the pancake over. Check that both sides of the pancake are colored. The pancake is ready. Repeat the process until the porridge is finished.
