• 500 gr. skewered spaghetti boiled
• 300 gr. smoked salmon
• pepper
• 300 gr. whipping cream
• 300 gr. cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/4 cup vodka


First, fry the salmon for 2 minutes after cutting it into small pieces and make sure that it is lightly scalded on both sides.
Once the salmon gets a little color, extinguish with vodka. Let our mixture boil until half the juice from the vodka is left.

Then add the sour cream and cream cheese and mix.

Once the sauce has boiled, remove from the heat, add a little freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with a little fresh parsley.

Our sauce is ready!

Stir in the pasta. Ready!
