MEAT ROLL WITH BAKON AND CHEESE

Materials:
• 1 kg of minced meat
• 5 slices of bread
• 1 onion
• 1 egg
• Salt
• Pepper
• Paprika
• 1 packet of bacon
• Minimal oil

Directions:

Wet and drain the bread before adding it to the minced meat. Mix the bread with the minced meat, the onion that you blend first, the egg, the pepper, the paprika and the oil. Place this minced meat mixture in a cake pan. Wrap around with the bacon on the surface. Bake at 180 for about 45 minutes and then remove from the pan and bake until the bacon is golden brown. Ready!
