OGRATEN POTATOES (LIGHT)

Recipe ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 3 cups of milk
- 50 grams of flour
- 200 grams of gouda
- 100 grams of regatta
- 50 grams of feta
- 50 grams of parmesan
- thyme
- salt

Peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips. Put them in a saucepan with water and salt and cook over medium to high heat for 8 minutes. Take them out of the pot and leave them to cool. Take a pan and add the flour, milk, thyme and salt and mix. Turn on the heat over medium heat and leave the mixture for 8 minutes. Then, add the cheeses and stir until they melt. Turn off the heat and stir for another 1 minute. We take the utensil that will make the food and we spread a layer of potatoes (half). On top we pour half the mixture with the cheese and then we make another layer of potatoes and we pour the rest of the mixture with cheese on top again. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees until it turns brown on top. Ready.
