Mexican pie with eggs

Ingredients (for each pie):

  • 1 Mexican pie

  • 1 egg

  • Oil

  • Toast cheese

  • 1 slice of Turkey

We take a bowl and break the egg as we would do it for an omelette. Put a little oil in a pan and pour the mixed egg. While the egg is still wet and has not been fully cooked, pour the Mexican pie on it. Turn the egg over with the pie on the other. I put on one side a slice of cheese and a slice of turkey (whoever wants puts more). Fold the pie in half. Let the cheese cook and melt for 2 minutes. Ready! Serve it on a plate and cut it in half. Bon appetit!
