• 700gr. boiled penne

  • 10 gr. olive oil

  • 320 gr. mushrooms (in size you prefer)

  • 20 gr. chopped garlic

  • 150 gr. White wine

  • 500 gr. whipping cream

  • 150 gr. grated parmesan

  • Salt and pepper


Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Add the mushrooms until they get a nice golden color. Then add the garlic and cook for a few minutes, until it smells.
Quench with the wine and after the moisture evaporates add the cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Salt, add the penne and boil until almost all the liquid is saved. Add the parmesan and pepper. Ready.
