PENNES WITH MUSHROOM
700gr. boiled penne
10 gr. olive oil
320 gr. mushrooms (in size you prefer)
20 gr. chopped garlic
150 gr. White wine
500 gr. whipping cream
150 gr. grated parmesan
Salt and pepper
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Add the mushrooms until they get a nice golden color. Then add the garlic and cook for a few minutes, until it smells.
Quench with the wine and after the moisture evaporates add the cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Salt, add the penne and boil until almost all the liquid is saved. Add the parmesan and pepper. Ready.
