• 2 eggs 
• 1 cup. flour for all uses
• 1 pinch of sugar
• 1/4 tbsp. salt
• 1¼ φλ. milk cools cold)
• a little butter (for baking)
• 2 tbsp. butter (melted cold)


First of all, melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool. Put all our ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. When our mixture takes the form of porridge it is ready. Take a pan and turn on the heat over medium heat, adding a little butter. Take a ladle and fill it to the middle and pour this amount into the pan. When blisters form on the surface of the crepe, turn the crepe from the other. Check that both sides of the crepe are colored. The crepe is ready. Repeat the process until the porridge is finished.
