Chicken pie


For the base of the tart:
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1-2 tbsp. cold milk or cold water
• 100grams butter
• 250grams flour 

For the filling:
• 200 grams chicken fillet
• Half a red pepper
• Half a yellow pepper
• 150 grams of yoghurt
• 100 grams of mozzarella
• 100 grams of edam
• 100 grams of parmesan


  •  For the base of the tart:

Put all the ingredients of the base of the tart in a bowl, after we have first let the butter come to room temperature. Mix by hand and the dough is ready. Spread it on our baking tray. Heat it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Take it out of the oven and leave the base to cool.

  • For the filling:

Cut the chicken into thin slices. Pour all the filling ingredients into a bowl. Stir and the filling is ready. Pour the filling over the base of the tart.

Heat the whole tart at 180 degrees for another hour. The tart is ready.
