PIZZA WITH TORTILLA

PREPARATION

Recipe ingredients:
For the base:
•2 tortillas
For the tomato sauce:
• 150ml tomato sauce (canned)
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• A little salt
• A little pepper

  • Basil​

For the topping:
• 150 grams of mozzarella
• 100 grams of parmesan
• Fresh tomatoes in slices

SERVING

Directions:

Cut the tortillas in half and spread them on a baking sheet. In a bowl, pour the canned tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, and mix. Spread the tomato sauce on each cut piece of tortilla. Then pour the cheeses on top and finally the tomato slices. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (until the cheese is melted).
